CSG created a test matrix for me encompassing combinations of offers. I was impressed by how much care they poured into that leg of the job. Their professional sales agents then followed the plan and we were able to learn about our customers price sensitivity and what phrasing worked best. Within a few months of testing they found a very efficient script and offer that I was able to roll out to my in-house salespersons. Our sales improved considerably over our historical efforts.
