CSG created a test matrix for me encompassing combinations of offers.  I was impressed by how much care they poured into that leg of the job.  Their professional sales agents then followed the plan and we were able to learn about our customers price sensitivity and what phrasing worked best.  Within a few months of testing they found a very efficient script and offer that I was able to roll out to my in-house salespersons.  Our sales improved considerably over our historical efforts.  CSG is a professional, ethical, and practical advisor on all things related to inside sales.  I was particularly impressed by the quality of their representatives!

CSG provided the call center functionality of a sophisticated application that leveraged online leads to sell auto insurance policies. CSG was very hands-on throughout the initial development as well as the ongoing operation of the application. The effort required more than an "off the shelf" approach. Modifications and problem resolution were also handled in a very pro-active manner.
